• Gateway's trade area is roughly a 26 by 6 block area and includes parts of Roxbury and Chinatown.
• Over 40% of the businesses in the trade area are food related
• The median age of the trade area's population is 34 yrs.
• Unmarried adults comprise 73% of the population
• Households with children comprise 21%
• Households without a vehicle are 53%
• 36% of the population hold a Bachelors Degree or higher
• 18% hold some college or Associates Degree
