Join us for tasty tour of cheeses and wines featured in classic literature. Ross and Julie will be showing off favorite flavors and reading from passages by their favorite authors. Think Ernest Hemingway’s Champagne and Chablis, Isak Dinesen’s Caviar Romanoff, Edgar Allen Poe’s Amontillado, and P.G. Wodehouse’s “ghastly Gorgonzona”.
