Description: Public meeting to discuss a proposed amendment to the previously approved Development Plan for Planned Development Area No.59 associated with the 771 Harrison Avenue project in the South End, to convert the 63 residential rental units into 63 residential condominium units. As part of this proposed change, the Proponent has secured an additional 5 parking spaces in the adjacent James Court garage to bring the total number of parking spaces for the project to 45. The public is encouraged to attend.
