City of Boston Neighborhood Development Policy Consolidated Plan & Action Plan Hearing 2

Please see below regarding the use of the City of Boston’s planned use of housing and community development funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). 

The draft Consolidated and Action Plans are now available for a 30-day comment period through May 14th. 

DND will hold a second public hearing to get feedback on the draft Plans.  We welcome and encourage your participation at the hearing and throughout the comment period.

The location is wheelchair accessible.

  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)                         $16,800,000
  • HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)                                  $ 4,400,000
  • Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG)                                            $ 2,000,000
  • Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)          $ 2,300,000
