Public meeting to discuss the Proposed Project, which consists of the renovation of the existing four-story structure and the construction of a new six-story addition. The completed Project will include 31 residential units, of which four will be income-restricted, 4,500 square feet of ground floor commercial space, 800 square feet of office space, and 21 ground-level garage parking spaces.
