PROJECT PROPONENT: MEPT/LMP Harrison/Albany Block LLC & MEPT/LMP Gambro Building LLC
On March 26, 2018, the Proponent submitted th First Amendment to Development Plan for Planned Development Area No.110, in connection with the Harrison Albany Block project in the South End. As currently approved, the Development Plan does not specify from which point the required setbacks are to be measured. The First Amendment clarifies that consistent with the original approvals, all setbacks are to be measured from the property line. The design and uses of the project will remain the same as previously approved by the BPDA and the Boston Zoning Commission.
