Public Meeting to discuss the 217 Albany Street project which is located at Albany and Herald Streets in the South End neighborhood, and consists of construction of a 14-story, 250-unit co-living multi-family residential building with new outdoor open space for use by building residents. The Project will enhance the public realm improvements and facilitate pedestrian connections to surrounding neighborhoods. This is a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project, and sustainability and resiliency measures are also incorporated into the design, construction, and operations of the Project.
