Boston Buying Power allows small businesses to benefit from competitive electricity and natural gas rates negotiated by an outside broker on behalf of the purchasing group. Basically you will be getting a below-market rate on your energy bills.

Renew Boston is a partnership program between the City of Boston and NStar, National Grid, and RISE Engineering. The partnership allows businesses in Boston to receive technical assistance and financial incentives to lower the impacts of high energy costs. There is a Direct Install program that can pay for up to 70% of the total cost to retrofit lighting and mechanical systems with newer energy saving models. You have nothing to lose by getting a free inspection.
