"This is a great cycling studio with very friendly instructors and owner. Each instructor is different and gives a completely different ride. The atmosphere is excellent as it's non-intimidating, comfortable and cozy. I went here to try indoor cycling for the first time in my life and I became addicted shortly after. Along with dieting, this cycling course helped me lose 30 lbs!
